Jessica Stevenson is an investment and commercial real estate agent with a demonstrated history of working specifically with multi-unit apartment buildings, multifamily homes, commercial leasing, and residential single-family homes. She joined The Lefebvre Team in 2019 and continued her real estate journey as Senior Agent for Downtown Realty. Jessica has assisted and/or taken the lead on over 75+ transactions.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts - Lowell with her Masters in Criminal Justice, Jessica spent nearly 15 years in the criminal justice field before diving into the world of real estate and is also fluent in sign language.

A multifamily investor herself, Jessica actively participates in meetings for the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association (NHREIA) and Women in Sales New Hampshire.

Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys learning the art of aerial yoga and also spending time with her Rottweiler, Shelby.
